A. As with any treat, observation is recommended when giving your pet any treat or chew. Our crispy chicken, duck, and turkey feet are roasted to perfection and are entirely digestible. Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory in the United States for quality assurance. Since starting our family-owned company nearly 15 years ago, our products have always met and exceeded safety requirements, and we have never been a part of any recall. A. All Pet ‘n Shape products remain fresh for up to 18-24 months. Please remember to always seal bag or container after use and store treats in a cool, dry place.
A. Except for our natural Chik ‘n Biscuits, none of our treats or chews contain any wheat, corn, soy, artificial colors, additives or preservatives.
A. On select Pet ‘n Shape treats, you may notice meat with a darker appearance than pictured in our product images. Please be assured this is completely normal. Your pup’s treat is not spoiled or less safe to consume, in fact, the dark coloration is due to what is called the “Maillard reaction.” Simply put, the Maillard reaction is a chemical reaction between amino acids and reducing sugars that gives browned food its distinctive flavor. The important thing about the Maillard reaction isn’t the color, it’s the flavors and aromas that make our treats so tantalizing to our furry family members!
A. Food irradiation (the application of ionizing radiation to food) is a technology that improves the safety and extends the shelf life of foods by reducing or eliminating microorganisms and insects. Irradiation does not make foods radioactive, compromise nutritional quality, or noticeably change the taste, texture, or appearance of food.
A. We are confident in the quality and durability of all our bones and chews. All bones regardless of where they come from are not indestructible, but they absolutely should be able to last long enough to provide your pup with a satisfactory chewing session.

A. Our CHUNX are made from dehydrated beef lung and we’ve found dogs go crazy for the smell and flavor!
A. Rawhide treats are made from the inner layer of cow hides. During the production process, the hides are cleaned and cut or ground. They are then formed into chewable dog treats of different shapes and sizes.
